Suriya's 'Kaappaan' closes a big deal

Suriya's 'Kaappaan' is one of the biggies getting ready for release and a hot update has just landed. The satellite rights deal has been closed and the industry leader Sun TV has bagged it and has made it official on social media.

'Kaappaan' directed by K.V. Anand and produced by Lyca Productions is a true blue multistarrer featuring Suriya, Mohan Lal, Arya, Sayyeshaa, Poorna, Boman Irani and Samuthirakani. Harris Jayaraj is the music director with M.S. Prabhu and Abhinandhan Ramanujam handling the camera and Antony taking care of the editing. Release has been planned for August 31st and an official announcement is expected soon.
