Recent reports have sparked excitement by suggesting that Ultimate Star Ajith Kumar is set to collaborate with acclaimed Indian director Prashanth Neel for two consecutive films. Neel, known for his blockbuster hits 'KGF' and 'Salaar', has a packed schedule with major projects like Prabhas's 'Salaar 2', Jr NTR's 'Dragon', and Yash's 'KGF Chapter 3'.
On Wednesday, many sources reported that Prashanth Neel would direct Ajith Kumar in 'AK 64' and 'AK 65'. According to this buzz, 'AK 64' was expected to be a standalone project, while 'AK 65' would kickstart Prashanth Neel's Cinematic Universe, with its climax leading into 'KGF 3'. However, Ajith Kumar's manager, Suresh Chandra, addressed these speculations in an interaction with Hindustan Times.
Suresh Chandra clarified, "It is not true. Ajith sir and Prashanth Neel recently met and exchanged pleasantries. They have the highest regard for each other, but no film was discussed during their meeting. I would love to see Ajith with Prashanth sir, but I don't see anything happening in the near future." He further added that Ajith Kumar is currently focused on 'Vidaamuyarchi' and 'Good Bad Ugly' only.
