The shooting of Sumanth's 'Subrahmanyapuram', produced by Dheeraj Boggaram and Beeram Sudhakar Reddy, is progressing at a brisk pace.  Directed by debutant Santosh Jagarlapudi, it has Eesha Rebba as the heroine.

"We are currently shooting the movie at Ramoji Film City.  This mystery thriller has got supernatural elements.  Sumanth's character will be a highlight. The current schedule will be wrapped up by May 12.  We are confident that this will be a stand-out film in Sumanth's career," the producers say.  

Sumanth recently said, "Director Santosh narrated to me the story for 2.5 hours.  I could see the whole film in those 2.5 hours.  I am always scared to do films of this sort.  Mystery thriller is the film's genre. I am trying it for the first time.  The narration had me on the edge of my seat."

Sekhar Chandra is the film's music director. The cinematography is by RK Prathap. Editing is by Karthika Srinivas.  Art direction is by Lakshmi Sindhuja Granthi.  Costume designing is by Suma Tripurana.
