Congress interim President Sonia Gandhi was on Sunday evening admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi. Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Vadra Gandhi were there with her for hours.

Reportedly, the 73-year-old politician was admitted after she complained of breathing issues. She has been suffering from fever as well. A few reports have claimed that it's a routine check-up.

Congress leaders and supporters across the country are praying for Sonia's fast recovery. Delhi Youth Congress said, "We pray for the swift recovery of Congress President Smt Sonia Gandhi ji and hope that she will resume daily activities after recuperating thoroughly. Her leadership of unity and progress is a beacon for the entire nation. The well-wishes of the nation are with Sonia ji."
