Sivakarthikeyan's 'Hero' story theft issue - Director P.S. Mithran opens up

Sivakarthikeyan's recently released 'Hero', directed by P.S. Mithran, has been having a decent box-office run since its worldwide release on December 20. However, the film landed in trouble when Bosco Prabhu, reportedly an assistant director of Atlee, had complained to the South Indian Film Writers' Association that P.S. Mithran had stolen his story and made the superhero thriller film.
After Bosco Prabhu had mentioned in his letter that his script was from 2017 and had a very similar story to 'Hero', Director and the president of South Indian Film Writers' Association K. Bhagyaraj had reportedly written to P.S. Mithran many days ago, demanding an explanation for the same. The director has now written back to the president of the Writers' Association, denying any involvement in taking inspiration from Bosco's script. He has further requested the association to compare and review both their scripts before reaching a conclusion. Following is P.S. Mithran's letter to the president of the Writers' Association -
