Actor Sivakarthikeyan is eagerly working on his upcoming film, Ayalaan, alongside director Ravikumar and music composer AR Rahman during the post-production phase. In a tweet, he shared an image of himself engaged in the movie's work, accompanied by an unexpected guest—the character Ayalaan himself. Sivakarthikeyan captioned the photo, saying, "With Ayalaan... For #Ayalaan."

"Finalizing the Ayalaan teaser," tweeted composer AR Rahman. The teaser is scheduled to be released on October 6.

Ayalaan marks Sivakarthikeyan's entry into the science fiction genre. A glimpse featuring the alien character from the film was previously unveiled, hinting at Sivakarthikeyan's action-packed role as he assists his extraterrestrial friend on an alien planet. The filmmakers have promised a visually stunning experience, filled with impressive special effects. They announced that Ayalaan would be the first full-length live-action Indian film with over 4,500 VFX shots, with the alien character playing a crucial role.

The movie's special effects have been expertly crafted by the renowned Hollywood studio, Phantom FX, known for its work on successful Hollywood TV shows and films like The Flash and Joker, as well as contributing to Indian titles like RRR and Beast.

Apart from Sivakarthikeyan, Ayalaan features Rakul Preet Singh, Isha Koppikar, Sharad Kelkar, and Yogi Babu in supporting roles. Produced by Kotapadi J Rajesh's KJR Studios, Ayalaan is set to be Sivakarthikeyan's debut pan-Indian release and is expected to hit theaters during the Pongal festival next year.
