Actor Simbu has been the talk of tinsel town for the past few weeks, with videos from the actor presenting contrasting messages to his fans. Earlier, the actor had released a video during Pongal, requesting his fans not to indulge in theater celebrations or erecting cutouts or milk abhishegams during his movie release, and instead buy gifts for their parents.
Within a week, the actor had come up with another video, where he insisted fans to celebrate in a whole new level, also asking his fans to pour milk not in packets but in huge containers, to celebrate his film release. Today the actor met the press in Teynampet and clarified on his contradictory statements.
The actor revealed that he had not told his fans to pour milk on his cutouts, but had advised them only to offer milk to the needy, and also revealed that he was disturbed with the death of a fan who had lost his life during theater celebrations, and had mentioned even during an event of "Ezhumin" movie advising his fans not to indulge in celebrations, and only since Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven is releasing now, he released a video to stop his fans before they plan celebrations. Besides the actor added that his words have been misunderstood and sought apology for the misinterpretation of his video.
