When will Simbu resume shooting for ‘Pathu Thala’? – Red hot updates

Last month, Simbu took a break from work and flew to the USA with his family to take care of his father T Rajendar while the latter undergoes surgery for his health issue. We broke to you earlier this month that STR returned to India after his father’s health was recovered.

The actor has ‘Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu’, ‘Pathu Thala’ and ‘Corona Kumar’ in his pipeline. He is now back in Chennai and is ready to resume his cinema work. As per the latest reports, Simbu is all set to resume shooting for ‘Pathu Thala’ today in Mysore. STR will be sporting a thick beard look for his role as a gangster AGR in the movie.

Reportedly, the shooting has resumed in the Bellary palace of Mysore, Karnataka. The makers are yet to shoot the sequences including Simbu and the other actors. Therefore, the shooting of the portions featuring STR will be filmed henceforth. The movie is produced by Studio Green.

Directed by Obeli N Krishna, the film also stars Gautham Karthik and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead roles. The rest of the supporting cast is expected to join the current schedule. The entire filming of ‘Pathu Thala’ is expected to be wrapped by August month. AR Rahman is composing the musical score for the film.
