Actress Shruti Haasan who was last seen in Tamil in the 2017 movie Singam 3, had debuted in Television last year with the chat show Hello Sago and had been concentrating on her music career, and had been acting in a Bollywood movie named Power.

She had recently announced her break up with London based actor Michael Corsale, and started shooting for her Tamil movie Laabam co-starring Vijay Sethupathi recently. The actress is quite active on social media, and recently a fan had tweeted asking Shruti Haasan when she will get married so that all fans can come for her wedding.

Shruti Haasan responded that they will have to wait a long time, and rather than wedding they can celebrate her birthday instead. She tweeted "You’ll be waiting a VERY long time so let’s do a birthday together instead lol". Shruti Haasan has thus made it clear that she is not going to get married anytime sooner.
