It seems to be the season of heroines featuring in prominent roles in horror films like the recent ‘Maya’ starring Nayanthara , upcoming Trisha starrer ‘Nayaki’ and Rai Lakshmi’s ‘Sowcarpettai’.

The dimpled Shrusti Dange shot to fame after featuring in Illayaraja’s haunting melody ‘Putham Puthu Kaalai’ has signed on for a ghost film titled ‘Oru Nodiyil’ directed by Chowdhary in which she plays the central character.
