Shocking case! Sangeetha versus her own mother

Remember actress Sangeetha of ‘Khadgam’ and ‘Shiva Putrudu’ fame?  The beauty got married to Krishnaswamy in 2009.  The couple is blessed with a daughter.

Sangeetha is in the news for an unfortunate reason.  Her mother, Bhanumathy, recently complained to the Tamil Nadu State Association for Women against her behavior.  Bhanumathy alleged that Sangeetha and her husband threw her out of her house.  “They fear that I would give away the house to my sons.  That’s why they threatened me to leave the place in this old age,” the mother complained.

The Association recently summoned Sangeetha to seek an explanation from her.

Meanwhile, Sangeetha has denied all the allegations against her.  In a social media post, she said that her mother never gave her any motherly love.  Far from it, she was treated badly as a child and a teenager.  So much so, she had to fight with her mother to get married.

“Thank you, mom, for making false allegations against me,” Sangeetha said sarcastically in a statement.

Sangeetha will next be seen in a Tamil movie starring Vijay Anthony.
