After the unfortunate demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, due to depression and his career being affected by nepotism, there have been discussions about nepotism all over the country.

Kollywood has been talking about nepotism as well and recently cinematographer and actor Natarajan Subramaniam had said that while he's not sure of nepotism in Kollywood he said that groupism exists in Kollywood.

Responding to Natty's tweet, actor Shanthanu replied that nepotism exists in Kollywood too, and that the people indulging in groupism decide who must work with certain people, and they support certain people for their standards, and don't let others improve their standards.
