Yuva Samrat Naga Chaitanya’s ambitious mythical thriller ‘Vrushakarma’ is gearing up for a grand worldwide theatrical release on December 4, 2026. The makers have officially reaffirmed the release date while unveiling a striking new poster marking the 50-day countdown. Directed by Karthik Dandu and backed by SVCC and Sukumar Writings, with Bapineedu presenting the film, Vrushakarma promises a unique cinematic experience combining mythology, mystery, suspense and intense action.
The newly released poster showcases Naga Chaitanya in a powerful action avatar, wielding a distinctive rope weapon fitted with a sharp metallic head. Surrounded by swirling dust, flying rocks and a stormy landscape, the actor looks intense and determined. The dramatic visuals hint at the film’s expansive scale and the mysterious world at the heart of its narrative.
Naga Chaitanya’s transformed appearance and action-oriented look have added to the growing curiosity surrounding the project. The film is said to explore a distinctive mythological backdrop rarely seen in Indian cinema, blending adventurous elements with suspense and mystery.

Meenakshi Chaudhary plays the female lead, while Sparsh Shrivastava will be seen as the antagonist. Naga Chaitanya, who underwent a significant physical transformation for the role, has already completed his portion of the shoot. The film is currently in the final stages of production.
The technical team features Ragul D Herian as cinematographer, Ajaneesh B. Loknath as music composer, Sri Nagendra Tangala as production designer and Naveen Nooli as editor. The combination of an ambitious visual canvas, an intriguing storyline and a talented technical crew is expected to be one of the film’s major strengths.
Adding to the film’s growing profile, Vrushakarma is reportedly the highest-budgeted project of Naga Chaitanya’s career and has recorded his highest-ever pre-release business. The film has been generating considerable interest among moviegoers, industry circles and trade analysts.
With the production nearing completion, the makers are preparing to launch an extensive promotional campaign. The newly unveiled 50-day countdown poster has further heightened expectations for the film, which is scheduled to arrive in theatres worldwide on December 4, 2026.
