Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan to have a heavy dose of VFX; Key details inside

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's highly-anticipated mass entertainer Jawan may have been postponed from June 2, but the excitement among the fans remains intact. The first-time combo of SRK and Tamil director Atlee has grabbed the eyeballs and the movie is expected to explode at the box office upon its release.

Jawan" is one of the costliest films of Shah Rukh Khan as it has been shot on a massive scale and boasts a super solid star cast. It commenced filming in late 2021 and the entire shoot was recently wrapped up with a song. It has been shot in over 160 days and the reported budget is approx. 200-250 crores.

The makers have been tight-lipped about the movie so far, but the latest reports have revealed some key details regarding the film. It is said that "Jawan" is a VFX-heavy film and is behind only SRK's "Ra.One". SRK's Red Chillies VFX company has done the CGI and the reports say it is going to be visually stunning.

It is also said that Shah Rukh Khan will have a 5-minute-long monologue which is for the villain's role played by Vijay Sethupathi. "Jawan" is a full-on action entertainer for which a Japanese action director is on board, as per the reports. Apart from the aforementioned details, the report also says that the movie has two songs along with an item number.

Jawan" is produced by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment. It stars Shah Rukh Khan in a dual role with Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Riddhi Dogra, Sunil Grover, and Yogi Babu. Sanjay Dutt and Deepika Padukone will also be seen in special appearances. Anirudh Ravichandran is scoring soundtracks for this prestigious project. The movie is scheduled to release on September 7, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages
