Sasikumar joins hands with Vijay Sethupathi’s twin hit director

This year was a mixed bag for Sasikumar with ‘Thaarai Thappattai’ and ‘Balle Vellaiyatheva’ becoming resounding flops while ‘Vetrivel’ and ‘Kidaari’ could not match his other hits.

Now we learn from reliable sources that Sasikumar wanting to start 2017 with a bang is gearing up to star in a new film directed by Arun Kumar of ‘Pannaiyarum Padminiyum’ and ‘Sethupathi’ fame. The official announcement and shoot is set to begin in mid January and the film is planned as a Summer release.
