Actress Provides Secret Testimony Against Director sparking Controversy

Malayalam director Sanal Kumar Sasidharan had posted on his social media in 2022, claiming that an actress was missing and that her life was in danger. Following the actress’s complaint, he was arrested but later released.

Recently, the actress filed another complaint at Kochi Elamakkara police station, stating that Sanal Kumar Sasidharan was sharing misleading audio clips in her name and tagging her in defamatory social media posts. In this case, she also provided a confidential statement before the Aluva Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, which the court recorded.

Reports suggest that Sanal Kumar Sasidharan is currently in the United States, and a lookout notice has been issued against him.
