Sameera Reddy’s campaign on body positivity : photo receives tremendous love and appreciation

Sameera Reddy who flaunts her grey hair and imperfections to create awareness on body positivity and acceptance has once again posted pictures of things she was insecure of in her body.

This image and caption is filled with positivity and encourages women to accept their body as it is. She wrote a note under the image that reads, “Which part of your body makes you most uncomfortable? Is it stretch marks? Loose skin? Belly? Acne? Thinning hair? White hair? Cellulite? For me, it’s my back flab and arms. I work on acceptance every day. And it took me so long to embrace it.”

She went on to add, “Your  body is listening and every time you have a negative thought of how much you hate it, it’s only magnifying how bad you feel. The best exercise for #bodypositivity is to look at the parts that you feel insecure with and be kind to yourself. Every day like a mantra. #imperfectlyperfect #bodypositivemovement.”

The actress also says that one should look at the parts of one’s body that make them most uncomfortable and try to accept the reality and be kind to themselves. Sameera is being appreciated for her bold attempts which encourages women in body acceptance.
