Samantha to Host ‘Celebrity MasterChef Tamil’; Show Coming Soon on Sony VIZHA and Sony LIV

The worlds of celebrity, food and competition are set to come together in a brand-new entertainment format with ‘Celebrity MasterChef Tamil’. The much-awaited show will see some of the most recognisable faces from Tamil entertainment step away from the sets and into the kitchen, taking on challenging culinary tasks, unexpected twists and the pressure of creating dishes that can win both the competition and the audience.
Produced by Banijay Asia, ‘Celebrity MasterChef Tamil’ is based on the globally popular MasterChef format. However, the Tamil edition promises to bring its own flavour to the franchise by blending local cuisine, Tamil culture, familiar celebrity personalities and the unique chemistry of Tamil entertainment.
Adding to the excitement, Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be at the helm of the show. The actress is set to bring her own energy and charm to the culinary competition as she guides the celebrity contestants through a series of demanding and entertaining challenges.
