On the third anniversary of Reliance Jio's telecom operations launch on September 5, 2016, the company is all set to launch its much-awaited Jio Fiber broadband service in India today.

Reliance Jio has already confirmed that the subscription prices will be starting at Rs 700 per month and going all the way up to Rs 10,000 per month, during the Reliance Industries Limited Annual General Meeting (AGM) last month. The exact Jio Fiber plans and prices are expected to be announced during the launch later today. The chairman of the Reliance Industries, Mukesh Ambani, said that the company had received more than 15 million JioFiber registrations from nearly 1,600 towns. Free landline connection with unlimited voice calling for life will be provided for all who buy the Jio Fiber broadband connection.

The subscription offer also includes a 4K set-top box for cable connections, a free HD or 4K TV with the annual broadband plans, and streaming service subscriptions.
