'Rangasthalam'-type plot reveal happens with 'Dasara'

Censor reports can kill the suspense of the audience at times. When 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' was submitted to the film certification body in the UK, the body, as per its protocol, put out the film's premise. Effectively, the plot point related to the swapping of kids at birth was made official by the certification body days before its theatrical release. Such a culture is not prevalent in India. But the CBFC has this habit of mentioning the names of characters in censor reports. In the process of asking the makers of the film to carry out an excision or deletion, the CBFC ends up revealing plot points at times.
It has happened with 'Dasara'. In the film's censor report, it is revealed that Suri (Deekshith Shetty) is beheaded. Suri is Dharani's (Nani) best friend. The report confirms the rumour that Suri's murder leads to some shattering consequences in the film.
But this is no big deal, we hope. We all knew that Aadi Pinishetty's character would be dying in 'Rangasthalam' much before its theatrical release. It was revealed accidentally by Chiranjeevi himself! Plot is one thing. Narration is another. 'Dasara' looks like it has cracked the narration part. Watch this space!
