Rana looks sharp like Venkatesh in ‘Virata Parvam’ look

Rana Daggubati’s look from ‘Virata Parvam’ was unveiled yesterday on the eve of the actor’s birthday.  With a red cloth wrapped around his face, his eyes and hairstyle look like those of the old Venkatesh of the 1980s and 1990s.  It seems to be a conscious thing, given that the film is set in early 1990s.

“Revolution is an act of love” is the caption of this Venu Udugula-directed period drama that has Sai Pallavi and Nandita Das as a Naxalite and an activist, respectively.

Rana is currently shooting for this 2020 release at Ramoji Film City.  Sai Pallavi has trained under an ex-Maoist in stunts.  This one is co-produced by Suresh Productions.
