Ram Charan’s movie a hit in Japan

Close on the heels of ‘Baahubali-2’ creating a sensation in Japan, ‘Magadheera’ was recently dubbed into Japanese and released in that country.  The action-romance, starring Ram Charan and Kajal Agarwal as the lead pair, is reportedly drawing crowds in huge numbers like a few Indian films have in the past.  

While exact box-office figures are awaited, the Rajamouli-directed movie, which hit the screens last week, is reporting a positive feedback all over.  The semi-costume drama has universal themes like reincarnation at its core.  

Also starring Dev Gill, Srihari, Brahmanandam and others, the Telugu blockbuster has music by MM Keeravani.  It was the biggest hit in Cherry’s career till ‘Rangasthalam’ came this year.
