Speaking at the pre-release event of 'Rakshasudu', Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas thanked his fans and audience for supporting him since 2014, when he debuted.
"When I watched the Tamil original, I felt that it was an extraordinary story with edge-of-the-seat moments. I thank producer Koneru Satyanarayana garu for giving me this script. I want to work with him again and again. I am fortunate that he has debuted his banner with me as the hero. Since I come from a producer's family, I always respect producers. Director Ramesh Varma has crafted every frame with so much care. I thank the technical team, especially the music director and cinematographer," the 26-year-old actor said.
"The climax is the heart of our film. Child artiste Dua has given an amazing performance in it. I thank Abhishek Nama of Abhishek Pictures for releasing our film. 'Rakshasudu' is going to be one of my biggest releases," he added. "Christopher has played the titular role. His behaviour is the crux of the story," Bellamkonda said.
He said that 'Rakshasudu' is like his first movie. "I will now start doing only good films," BSS said, suggesting that he has opened a new leaf after the disastrous performance of his previous three outings.
Starring Anupama Parameswaran as the heroine (she plays a teacher in the movie), the thriller will release on August 2.
