Rajamouli's son SS Karthikeya will marry Pooja Prasad, niece of Jagapathi Babu. Pooja is the daughter of Jagapathi's elder brother, D Ram Prasad. The duo got engaged in a low-key affair on Wednesday. This is a love-cum-arranged marriage.

Announcing the alliance, Karthikeya took to Twitter to say this: "Yesss!! Very excited to dive into this new phase of my life with the love of my life! Pooja. Thank you for the all love that you have been pouring. Can’t thank you all enough! Love always!"

While Karthikeya was a second unit director of 'Baahubali' and has worked as a Line Producer of films like 'Yuddham Sharanam' in the past, Pooja Prasad pursues artistic interests, especially vocal music. Karthikeya recently had a feather in his cap when he owned the Nalgonda team of the upcoming Telangana Premier Kabaddi.
