The First Look of Priyamani's character from 'Viraata Parvam' is out. The famous 'Yamadonga' and 'Ragada' actress is playing a Maoist in the film. Releasing the First Look on the actress' birthday, the makers give a sneak peek into her character in the Rana Daggubati-Sai Pallavi movie. "She believed that conflict can lead to peace. Just as the role of students was crucial to the French Revolution, Comrade Bharatakka's character is significant in our film," the makers say.
The 2020 release, directed by Venu Udugula, is a period drama starring Nandita Das, Zarina Wahab, Priyamani and Easwari Rao. Sai Pallavi, too, plays a Maoist in this film that comes with the caption, 'Revolution is an act of love'. Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri, it is presented by Suresh Productions. The film is written by the film's director, who is known for 'Naadi Needi Oke Katha'.
Priyamani is playing a key role in 'Narappa', the Venkatesh-starring remake of the Tamil movie 'Asuran'. Her First Look from the Sreekanth Addala directorial too was released today. The film has her in the role of a village woman. Narappa's release date is yet to be announced.
