Pilates, which is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness, is a hot favourite among many celebs. Dashing beauty Pooja Hegde is one of them. The gorgeous lady enjoys herself lifting weights, besides pulling off other fitness-bestowing exercises.

It's learned that the 'Most Eligible Bachelor' diva does pilates on a daily basis. When in Mumbai, her hometown, the 'Maharshi' damsel religiously adheres to her pilates routine. In Hyderabad, she sticks to a Yoga regimen to keep herself fit.

Her next is 'Radhe Shyam', the Prabhas-starrer, which is going to hit the screens on January 7 next year. The star actress will have two massive releases in early 2022. 'Radhe Shyam', a fantastical love story, is directed by Radha Krishna Kumar. It is produced by UV Creations. Koratala Siva's 'Acharya', which is headlined by Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan, will be released on February 4. The other day, the song 'Nilambari', shot on Pooja and Charan, was released. Composed by Mani Sharma, Sekhar VJ is its choreographer.
