Allu Arjun has endorsed 'Palasa 1978', the village-based rural drama that hit the screens in March this year. Directed by Karuna Kumar, the critically-acclaimed film starred Rakshith, Nakshatra, and Thiruveer.
The other day, Bunny watched the film and immediately gave Karuna Kumar a call to meet him. "Congratulations to the entire team of 'Palasa 1978'. Watched it and met the director the very next morning. Wonderful attempt with a great underlying message. It had so many good moments. I personally liked it," Bunny wrote on Twitter, sharing his pic with the film's director.
"Soo glad such good directors and actors are coming up with new-age Telugu films. My heartfelt congratulations to the actors, technicians, producers and the entire team," the 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' actor added.
The film had music by Raghu Kunche. The folk song 'Nakkileesu Golusu' has been a big hit.
