Old friends among actors have ‘masthi’ reunion

Mohanlal, Sarathkumar, Arjun, Naresh, Suhasini, Sathyaraj, Shobana, Suman, Khushbu, Bhagyaraj, Lissy, Jayaram.  The list goes on.  These were among the most sought-after names in the film industry in the 1980s.  They came together to have a gala time in Chennai.  Hosted by Suhasini and Lissy, the theme of the get-together was denim and diamonds.

Talking about the union, Naresh said, “One of its kind in the world celebrated its 9th reunion. The night was light up by laughter, fun, frolic and events.  Friends from across the country united to express solidarity and bonding.”

There were 12 male stars and 10 female ones in total.  Among others, they performed to the blockbuster number ‘Inkem Inkem Inkem Kavale’ from ‘Geetha Govindam’.
