According to reports, Renu Desai expressed serious concern over certain users repeatedly crossing boundaries on her platforms. She is said to have submitted documented evidence against four specific social media accounts, seeking legal action against those responsible for the abusive remarks.

The actress, who currently resides in Hyderabad with her children Akira Nandan and Aadya, has been vocal on various social and political issues through her Instagram posts. Over time, her candid opinions have reportedly attracted trolling and targeted online harassment.
