No Gangs, Only Love – Pawan Kalyan’s Heartfelt Address to Fans

At the pre-release event of Hari Hara Veera Mallu, actor-politician Pawan Kalyan delivered a powerful and heartfelt speech reflecting on his journey, the film’s message, and his bond with fans. He said the event was scaled down due to rain and safety concerns, thanking Telangana CM Revanth Reddy and police officials for supporting the event.

Kalyan opened up about his 29-year career, recalling both highs and lows, including the failure of Johnny and how it shaped his understanding of the industry. He emphasized that his fans’ love, not commercial success, kept him going. “No gangs, no weapons—just love,” he said emotionally.

He stated the film’s theme is close to his heart, as it portrays resistance against religious oppression under Mughal rule, especially during Aurangzeb’s reign. Veera Mallu, he said, is a fictional character inspired by the courage of historical figures like Shivaji, showing what a common man could have done for Dharma.

The actor revealed he choreographed the film’s 18-minute climax using his martial arts background. He also thanked director Krish and A.M. Ratnam for standing by him, and praised Keeravaani for composing under emotional strain. “This project was made with struggle, not just stardom,” he noted.

Pawan Kalyan also mentioned taking up remakes earlier to support his family and political work, but Hari Hara Veera Mallu is his personal attempt to blend cinema with a meaningful narrative about heritage and pride.
