The audio release function of 'Neevevaro' was held on Sunday. Besides the film's cast and crew, Bapatla MLA Kona Raghupathi attended the event as the chief guest. Natural Star Nani was one of the guests.

Kona Raghupathi said, "I am happy to be here. Kona Venkat invited me to this event, saying that I should make it today just as I attended the audio function of 'Gitanjali'. The songs of 'Neevevaro' are so good. Aadhi Pinisetty is a hero material and I knew it even while I watched 'Ninnu Kori'. I wish him all the best. This film should give him a big break. I can say that Nani has got a competitor."

Nani said, "Aadhi Pinisetty has been a good friend of mine since 'Ninnu Kori'. I know many things about 'Neevevaro' through him. Many of those who worked on 'NK' have also worked on 'Neevevaro'. I sincerely wish that this film goes on to become a big hit. Aadhi is such a nice performer. When 'Rangasthalam' was offered to him and he sought my advice, I told him to go ahead because if good actors don't do such roles, then nobody else will be there to essay good roles. I still remember those words. He is a versatile artist. I hope he will reach great heights in future. When Kona Venkat garu is there on the sets, it's always great. I think music director Acchu will reach newer heights after 'Neevevaro'. I like Sid Sriram's 'Vennela' song from the album. 24 is my lucky number and I am glad 'Neevevaro' is releasing on August 24th."

Kona Venkat said, "Just as 'Adiga Adiga' was the soul of 'Ninnu Kori', 'Vennela' is the soul of 'Neevevaro'. After being a writer for two decades, I founded a banner and produced 'Gitanjali' because I wanted to do something I was missing. It was made on a budget of Rs. 3.5 Cr and it went on to make Rs. 12 Cr. I introduced a sensible director like Siva Nirvana with 'Ninnu Kori'. He will surely become a big director in future. Kona Film Corporation will always be a platform for new and genuine talent. Only a few people come across as hero material as soon as you see them. Aadhi is one such hero. He is a perfectionist. He puts in a lot of efforts for each movie. Taapsee Pannu chooses movies selectively. If she likes a movie, it means everybody is going to like it. Ritika Singh too accepted to do the movie only upon listening to the entire story. Director Harinath had come to me with a story a year ago. I liked it. In the meanwhile, I chanced upon the story of 'Neevevaro' and felt that only Hari can do justice to it. Just as 'Ninnu Kori' increased the stature of our banner, so will 'Neevevaro'."

Raviraja Pinisetty thanked everyone for supporting his son (Aadhi). "Everybody has worked more than hard on this movie. 'Neevevaro' is in a different mold altogether. As a father, I urge everyone to make this a big hit," he said.

Aadhi Pinisetty said, "I have learned from my father to keep doing sincerely and honestly what you believe in and what will feed you. It's because I live by this dictum that I am a painful perfectionist. Without Kona Venkat garu, there is no 'Neevevaro'. He was excited about this movie from the beginning. He brought into force the best possible team to make this movie. Nowhere did we compromise in the making of 'Neevevaro'."

Anil Sunkara said, "Kona Venkat garu always encourages new people. I was fortunate to receive his encouragement in my initial days. He was the writer of our film 'Dookudu'. He would discuss ideas with me. We are proud that Aadhi is a Telugu guy. We will do a film with him soon."

The thriller will hit the screens on August 24.
