Popular actress Rashmika Mandanna experienced a harrowing ordeal when the flight she was traveling in was forced to make an emergency landing due to a technical issue. The incident left Rashmika and her fellow passengers shaken.
Rashmika was traveling from Mumbai to Hyderabad on an Air Vistara flight when the plane encountered severe turbulence. The flight crew promptly decided to return to Mumbai after 30 minutes due to an unforeseen technical issue. Taking to Instagram, Rashmika shared a selfie with fellow actress Shraddha Das and wrote, “Just FYI this is how we escaped death today…” The photo captured the anxious moments faced by the passengers during the incident.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the emergency landing. The passengers disembarked safely in Mumbai.The incident brought back memories of Rashmika’s previous experience with flight anxiety. In an earlier interview, she had revealed that she used to experience severe anxiety during air travel.
Rashmika’s social media post about the emergency landing sparked concern among her fans and well-wishers. Many expressed their relief that she was safe and praised the flight crew for their quick and efficient response. Despite the harrowing experience, Rashmika remains focused on her upcoming projects. The Air Vistara flight was carrying 152 passengers and seven crew members at the time of the incident. The airline has issued a statement apologizing for the inconvenience caused and confirming that the aircraft underwent a thorough technical inspection before being cleared for further flights. Rashmika attained national stardom and acclaim from movie lovers for her impactful and stunning performances in films like Pushpa The Rise and Animal.
