MP J Santosh Kumar adopts Kodimyal Reserve Forest

Rajya Sabha member Joginapally Santosh Kumar has resolved to adopt more than one thousand acres of the Kodimyala forest area. He has been undertaking the Green India Challenge.
The MP today said that he will be undertaking the reconstruction of the Kondagattu Temple in the Jagityala district. The temple is where Lord Hanunam's devotees gather in thousands every year. This mission is an extension of a recent announcement made by Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao regarding the temple.
"As the Honble CM Sri KCR garu announced the renovation of Kondagattu temple with Rs 600 Cr, I thought, it would be fitting to adopt 1095 acres of Kodimyal Reserve Forest as part of the Green India Challenge. Will do the honors on the occasion of the legend’s birthday tomorrow," the MP tweeted earlier today.
"KCR garu has observed Lord Anjaneya's main qualities like bravery and faith," the MP today said, hailing the governance track record of the TRS supremo since he came to power in 2014. For Santosh Kumar, the Kondagattu mission is both environment-friendly and a spiritual project.
As part of the project, as much as 752 acres in Kodimyala Reserve Forest’s compartment will be redeveloped. The temple has got a history of thousands of years.
