It's a known fact that radio jockey turned actor RJ Balaji is set to make his debut as a director with the movie Mookuthi Amman, which he will be co-directing with debutant NJ Saravanan. This movie is produced by Vels Film International.

Starring Lady superstar Nayanthara in the titular role, Mookuthi Amman also stars RJ Balaji, Moulee, Urvashi, Smruthi Venkat and has cameo appearances by Gautham Karthik, Indhuja and Yashika Anand. Now, an interesting detail about the movie has been revealed.

Mookuthi Amman has a song "Mookuthi Ammanuku Pongal vaipom" composed by Girish, and this song is crooned by veteran singers L R.Eswari, who's extremely popular for singing numerous hit Amman songs like Chellatha, Mariamman engal Mariamma. Besides singing the song, L.R Eswari will also appear on screen in the song, which is said to be a highlight of the movie.
