Kerala State Tourism Minister Kadakampally Surendran has reportedly taken the example of Prabhas while asking Malayalam stars to learn from him. While it was widely reported last month that Prabhas donated Rs. 25 lakhs to the Kerala Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF), the Minister has said that the 'Baahubali' actor actually donated Rs. 1 Cr. (Is this a silent donation from the 'Saaho' actor?)

In this context, the Kerala Minister has reportedly said that Mollywood stars, who charge more than Rs. 3-4 Cr per movie, haven't shown similar generosity.

"I have heard that our actors charge so much for a movie. But they haven't donated more towards flood relief. But Prabhas, who has no inclination towards the state, has donated liberally," the Minister said.
