Madhavan is one of the most popular stars who is not just known for his handsome looks but also for his unique career choices and roles. The intense actor has delivered towering performances in his recent films 'Irudhi Suttru', 'Vikram Vedha' and the Amazon Prime Video release 'Silence' in which he played a rare negative role.

Maddy married his long-time sweetheart Sarita in the year 1999 and they have a son Vedant who is doing India proud in sports by winning several medals at international events.

On their 22nd wedding anniversary, the ever handsome star actor posted the loving note to his wife Sarita "Keeping me in utter awe and in love all these years. Happy anniversary Pondati. To many, many more ahead." Meanwhile, Sarita posted a throwback and a relatively recent one on her Instagram post and she wrote in her caption: "It's been 22 years and you still bring out the child in me. Happy anniversary honey. Love you loads."

Madhavan's next release 'Rocketry The Nambi Effect' also marks his debut as director and will release in multiple languages soon. The film has Simran as his pair while Suriya and Shah Rukh Khan also play cameos in Tamil and Hindi respectively.
