Samantha’s 'Maa Inti Bangaram' Postponed to June 19

Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s blockbuster action drama Maa Inti Bangaaram has officially made its digital debut after a highly successful theatrical run. The film is now available for streaming on JioHotstar in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, giving audiences another opportunity to watch one of the biggest female-led Telugu films in recent years. The makers are yet to announce the Hindi OTT release date.

Directed by BV Nandini Reddy, Maa Inti Bangaaram marked a significant milestone in Samantha’s career. It was her first theatrical release after marrying filmmaker Raj Nidimoru and went on to create history at the box office. The film emerged as the first female-led Telugu movie to nearly touch the ₹100 crore worldwide gross mark, making it one of the biggest commercial successes led by a woman in Telugu cinema.

The film also marked Samantha’s return to the big screen after a three-year gap. The actress had stepped away from films to focus on her health and personal life before making a successful comeback with Maa Inti Bangaaram. Following the film’s release, Samantha has once again taken a break from acting as she is expecting her first child.

Backed by Tralala Moving Pictures, Maa Inti Bangaaram was jointly produced by Samantha, Raj Nidimoru, and Himank Duvvuru. With its strong theatrical performance and positive audience response, the film is expected to attract a wider viewership on OTT as well.

Fans who missed the movie in cinemas can now stream Maa Inti Bangaaram on JioHotstar in the available South Indian languages, while an update on the Hindi version is expected in the coming weeks.
