Vanitha Vijayakumar's marriage to Peter Paul on June 27th has been the subject of criticism and debate on the internet after Paul's first wife Elisabeth lodged a complaint that they are not divorced yet. Celebrities such as Kasthuri, Lakshmi Ramakrishnan and Ravindar Chandrasekharan had voiced their opinion irking the actress turned 'Bigg Boss 3' celebrity.

Following Vanitha's verbal barrage with abusive words on-air Lakshmi has been giving it back to her on twitter. The latest is that Lakshmi Ramakrishnan has sent a legal notice to Vanitha the copies of which have been sent to the Commissioner of police and the Vadapalani police station.

The notice sent by Lakshmi and her husband Ramakrishnan accused Vanitha of inviting her on line to talk about the controversy and then without warning attacked her in parliamentary language.
