Actor Karthi, who was last seen in Dev, recently wrapped shooting for his next release, the Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial Kaithi, and is currently shooting for his next movie which is directed by Papanasam fame Malayalam director Jeethu Joseph, and the movie began shooting last week.
Now, it has been revealed that actress Nikhila Vimal of Kidaari and Vetrivel fame, who has also acted in few hit Malayalam movies has been roped in to play the female lead opposite Karthi, and Karthi took it to Twitter to announce that she has joined the Ooty schedule of the movie.
The yet to be titled movie also stars Jyothika, and Sathyaraj plays the father of Karthi and Jyothika, while Anson Paul of 90 ML plays a negative role. Ratsasan fame Ammu Abhirami and Seetha will be seen in supporting roles in this movie which has music by Govind Vasantha and RD Rajasekhar’s cinematography.
