Actor Vijay, who was last seen on screen in Bigil directed by Atlee is next awaiting the release of his 64th movie Master directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and the movie is expected to hit screens worldwide on Diwali, after the Coronavirus pandemic lockdown ends.

On the other hand it has been said that Vijay will team up with director AR Murugadoss for the fourth time after Thuppakki, Kaththi and Sarkar for his 65th movie which might be produced by Sun pictures. This movie will have music by S Thaman and and cinematography by Santhosh Sivan.

The latest speculation making the rounds is that Thalapathy 65 might have Tollywood actress Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. While an official clarification on this rumour is expected soon, it must be noted that Rashmika who's a self confessed fan of Vijay will be making her Kollywood debut with Karthi starrer Sultan.
