Kamal Haasan and Chiranjeevi go back a long time and though they have never shared screenspace till now. Chiranjeevi's magnum opus 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' is releasing on October 2nd and the Megastar has stated that Kamal is a part of the multistarrer as he has given the voice-over narration for the Tamil version of the film. He has gushed that the Makkal Neethi Maiam leader agreed immediately with just one phone call. Mohan Lal and Pawan Kalyan have also done the narrations for the Malayalam and Telugu versions respectively.

'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' directed by Surendar Reddy and produced by Ram Charan Teja has the stellar cast of Chiranjeevi, Amitabh Bachchan, Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Tamannaah, Anushka and Jagapathy Babu.
