Ulaga Naayagan Kamal Haasan is all set to treat his fans with yet another exciting film 'Vikram' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Lokesh, who is known to be a fanboy of Kamal, has packed the casting coup with versatile talents from the film industry.
Vikram has Vijay Sethupathy and Fahad Faasil playing the antagonists. Kalidas Jayaram is roped in to play the role of Kamal's son. The stellar cast also includes Shivani of Big Boss fame, Myna Nandhini and VJ Maheshwari playing the romantic interests of VJS.
We had already updated you that the shoot of this action thriller commenced with a scene starring VJS and Shivani in Karaikudi in August. We also reported that the makers had planned to complete the movie in a single stretch and the team will be traveling across places in Karaikudi for filming. Now, the latest update is that the 'Vikram' team has begun the second leg of shooting today. The new schedule is also being shot in Karaikudi as we reported earlier. The BTS pictures posted by the Vikram team from the spot are doing rounds on the internet now. The crew was seen erecting huge camera rigs and setting up ropes for the shot in one of the photos.
Director Rathnakumar, who is crafting the dialogues for 'Vikram', has shared a behind-the-scenes picture from the shoot location with the sticker "Lights On". Also, Lokesh's associate director Madras Logi Vignesh has taken to his Instagram story to post that the second schedule of the Vikram shooting has kickstarted.
Kamal Haasan is said to be sporting his 80s look in Vikram and the makers are likely to use de-aging technology in this regard. The film also has Arjun Das, Narain, Antony Varghese and many more in prominent roles. The soundtrack and musical score are composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
