Veteran Malayalam superstar Jayaram is equally popular in Tamil who has delighted audiences in many films over the years.  His collaborations with Kamal Haasan especially in films such as 'Pancha Thanthiram' and 'Thenali' have become timeless classics.

Jayaram's wife Parvathi ruled the Malayalam industry as the female superstar during the eighties and nineties.  The couple's son Kalidas Jayaram has made a name for himself as an upcoming hero in Malayalam and Tamil with his next release being Kamal Haasan's 'Vikram' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj hitting screens on June 3rd.

Now Jayaram's daughter Malavika Jayaram is foraying into the entertainment space and her very first project is the song video 'Maayam Seithai Poove'.  The song starring Ashok Selvan and Malavika released a couple of days back and has caught the imagination of the youth.

It is reported that Malavika Jayaram will soon make her big screen debut in a new movie directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan.  Talks are also on for a Tamil film with fans ready to welcome the fourth member of the talented Jayaram family.
