The grand all time record breaking blockbuster hit film 'Vikram' starring Kamal Haasan and directed by Lokesh Kangaraj is making heads turn towards Tamil cinema. Especially the manner in which the filmmaker incorporated the characters from his movie 'Kaithi' into 'Vikram' has been well appreciated.

Lokesh has revealed that it is the fans who gave the name Lokesh Cinematic Universe and he will be continuing that in his future films. It is unknown whether Vijay's 'Thalapathy 67' will be a part of LCU but 'Vikram 3' and 'Kaithi 2' will definately bring together actors such as Kamal Haasan, Suriya, Karthi, Fahadh Faasil, George Mariyan, Dheena, Arjun Das, Harish Uttaman, Jaffer Sadiq and Narain.

Meanwhile it is now said that Nelson Dilipkumar who is all set to begin shooting 'Thalaivar 169' is also planning to create his own universe. Already characters from his 'Doctor', Mahaali and Killi appeared in Thalapathy Vijay's 'Beast' and it is said that it would continue in his new movie too.

Fans have also noticed that in the first look of 'Jailer' a blood stained knife is shown and it is exactly the same as the one that Vijay will have in his mouth in 'Beast'. Ofcourse there is no official confirmation on any of these and we will know if Nelson is going the Lokesh way only if he opens up about it.

'Jailer' is produced by Sun Pictures with Anirudh scoring the music and so far Kannada superstar Shivarajkumar has confirmed that he has been approached for a pivotal role. It is said that Rajinikanth will be costarring with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu and Sivakarthikeyan in the film.
