Jagapathi Babu is so much in love with his clean-shaven look

The other day, Jagapathi Babu revealed to the world that he has completely trimmed off his salt-n-pepper beard after seven years. After owning the bearded look ever since ‘Legend’ (2014), the antagonist-cum-character artiste decided to go for a clean shave. And in the new look, the yesteryear family hero is looking youngish.

For all we know, the ‘Aravindha Sametha’ actor is so much in love with his new, handsome look. Taking to Twitter, he even clarified that he has not gone in for a shave because he wants to play a lead role. “Looking at my clean-shaven look on social media, thousands of people asked whether I am coming back as a hero. The answer is NO. Just was trying to remind me about how I actually look,” Jaggu Bhai wrote.

He will not be seen in the new look in his immediate upcoming releases though. The ‘Nannaku Prematho’ actor will probably be seen in the clean-shaven avatar in films releasing from 2022.

Recently seen in ‘Pitta Kathalu’ (Netflix original), Jagapathi is currently doing Rajinikanth’s ‘Annaatthe’, Nani’s ‘Tuck Jagadish’, Sai Dharam Tej’s ‘Republic’, Varun Tej’s ‘Ghani’, Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa’, Keerthy Suresh’s ‘Good Luck Sakhi’, among others.
