The 4th and final test of the Border Gavaskar trophy ended on a frustrating note for cricket fans, as the match was called off, as rain played spoilsport with the match ending a draw. With this drawn match, India officially won the test series against Australia 2-1, and India has achieved this feat down-under after 72 long years.
