'Betaludu' Audio Launch Gallery

The audio of 'Betaludu' was released in Hyderabad yesterday. The event was attended by Vijay Antony, his wife Fatima Antony, Yandamuri Veerendranath, Boyapati Sreenu, Bellamkonda Suresh, Nikhil, Suresh Kondeti and others.

Boyapati Sreenu said, "Yandamuri Veerendranath garu once said that there are very few actors in Telugu who can deliver a settled performance. The fact is that our actors can deliver that if only the writers and directors reform themselves. Provided there are out-of-box ideas, they will deliver a settled performance. Cinema is not about talking on the stage. The screenplay should do the talking. 'Bicchagadu' belongs to that category. I hope 'Betaludu' will be a big hit like that movie. Vijay Antony always chooses good subjects. Good subjects are always lapped up by our Telugu audience."

Yandamuri said, "This is the first story of mine. I am glad that Vijay Antony's title is 'Betaludu'. I became a big fan of him after watching 'Dr. Salim'. He looks like the Hollywood actor Rock Hudson. I have known producer Venugopal as a friend. It was he who produced the TV version of my 'Tulasi Dalam'. I wish that he will go places after 'Betaludu'."

Nikhil said, "'Betaludu' is an out-of-the-box movie. Watching the teaser and the first ten minutes of the movie, one can say with certainty that it's not a regular movie. Most of the 200 movies made in Tollywood are commercial. We should patronize films like 'Betaludu' as well. Only if we encourage movies like this will interesting subjects be made."

Vijay Antony said, "I am waiting for this film's release with a lot of excitement. I never expected this kind of affection at this stage. I thought this kind of acceptance will come to me after 20-25 movies. But I am glad that I got this acceptance after just 3 movies."

Fatima Vijay Antony said, "'Nakali' and 'Dr. Salim', besides being BO hits, received critical acclaim. 'Bicchagadu' released in Tamil first. But in Telugu, it became an even bigger hit. Those films were sought to be remade into Telugu by some producers. But Vijay didn't sell remake rights. Because of his decision to release the dubbed version, he has got this recognition in Telugu."

Chadalavada Srinivas Rao said, "Just as Swagruha Foods work in collaboration among their family members, Vijay and Fatima Antony work together to bring out the best subjects. With 'Bicchagadu', Vijay Antony has come a step further. 'Betaludu' will be his next step further."

Bellamkonda Suresh said, "After watching the first 10 minutes, I am curious about watching the film. That's why I am distributing the movie in Krishna, Vizag, West and East Godavari districts. I hope Vijay Antony becomes a big hero in Telugu just as Suriya and Vikram."
