Handsome Hunk Harish Kalyan is setting the bar high to perfect the art of acting ad dedication. While he was seen building his body for a couple of his upcoming films, now the actor has taken to learning Silambam.

Harish shared a video in which he twists and turns with a Silambam. According to sources, he is taking up Silambam for his upcoming film with director Shanmugam Muthusamy. Touted to be a gangster film that also stars Athulya Ravi, Harish will be sporting a rugged look for the project.

This film's shoot has already begun in Chennai and the film is shot completely here. Most portions will be shot in North Madras as he plays a character who hails from that side of the city.

Harish Kalyan was last seen in the movie Oh Manapenne with Priya Bhavani Shankar playing his love interest. The film was directed by Kaarthikk Sundar in his directorial debut and written by Deepak Sundarrajan.
