‘Guna 369’ Teaser: Standard elements & template

The Teaser for ‘Guna 369’ concocts those standard elements within a time-tested template.  A love affair, a gutsy hero who rebels, danger to loved ones, villainy whose ruthlessness knows no limits, so on and so forth.  The hero has an ideal (don’t ever harm others even when you are in danger), probably handed over to him by his biological father or guardian.  

All this comes with screaming and action, more screaming and more action.  Debutant director Arjun Jandyala makes the most of ‘RX 100’ hero Karthikeya, whose recent ‘Hippi’ collapsed at the box-office but who now looks poised to score another hit.  

Starring Anagha as the heroine, the film has music by Chaitan Bharadwaj.  Produced by A Tirumal Reddy, its cinematography is by Ram Reddy.  

The rom-com-actioner’s release date is yet to be announced.
