Director Gautham Vasudev Menon who had last directed the Dhanush starrer Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta is next directing the movies Dhruva natchathiram with Chiyaan Vikram and Joshua Imai pol Kaakha with Varun.

During the lockdown too the director was busy as he made Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn with Simbu and Trisha and Oru chance kodu with Megha Akash, Kalaiyarasan and Shanthanu. He's also planning to direct Vettaiyadu vilaiyaadu with Kamal Haasan.

Now the latest update is that Gautham Vasudev Menon who had directed the web series Queen with Ramya Krishnan based on Jayalalithaa's life is next planning to direct a web series on the life of the criminal Seevalaperi Pandi, and is set to begin pre-production soon. It must be noted that Seevalaperi Pandi was made as a movie by Prathap Pothen, starring Napoleon in 1994 and became a blockbuster.
